It's planned to be completed prior to the season starting, but it won't cover the entire terrace. The front will still be open to the elements.

Yep we have left a 2m square patch to accommodate the hordes from Fartown.

Slightly off topic, but i drove past your new stadium a couple days ago and have to say i was thoroughly impressed. Bit perplexed by the blue seats but who cares, the ground looks brilliant and i'll be sure to visit!
