Said a few times now, having Calcott and Douglas back makes it feel like we have signed 2 of the best props in the league for this season and that will make a huge difference. We will need a lot of luck with injuries with the squad been so small but hopefully we continue to get players showing a good attitude on DR which could make up for that and no reason we can't be around the playoffs if that happens.



Not many teams will go to Sheffield and win, it's a great start to the season for us.

I see there was only 1.1k at the Sheffield v Fax game. It's very hard to see how clubs can survive on such low crowds. Elsewhere Fev managed just 1.8k and Bradford who are expected to romp the season got 2.6k, but how many were unattended freebies (judging by the sp crowd when watching the highlights).

I dont think there was anywhere near 1100 at Sheffield on Sunday, I'd have guessed at around 800, and that would have been generous
