TRB is telling the truth. The design in not finalised and is still evolving due the the number of parties interested in being involved with the project.



This is good news. The more groups interested in being involved with the project the more it is a Community Stadium which I believe will make the funding easier to pull together.



I don't know what is going to be said on the 21st but I have a feeling it will be a wonderfull Christmas present for us all - better than the hankies and unerwear that we will all get.

The complex may not be finalised but the design for the stadium MUST be if the application for final planning permission is going to be submitted surely?

My guess is that we could be in a new Stadium for the 2012 season so as you say the 2010 and 2011 seasons at Belle Vue.

I suspect you know you should be lining yourself up for an announcement that is less than your unrealistically high expectations, given that you seem to be wanting bricks laid on the 22nd, or full planning permission, which obviously takes longer than the stadium team have had.

Too late for Box to save his job I think. Come May the Conservatives will have a majority on the MDC and he'll no longer be in charge. Don't know who the current Leader of the Conservative Group is but I hope he doesn't take as much winning over as Box has.

For now at least the Tories are showing a great deal of support. We might need to get that made into clear policy to avoid blatant electioneering!
