After observing the Ian Millward video regarding joining LISA to help finance new players, I decided to join. The form requires you to set up a direct debit for the donation. I want to donate £60.00 for the year by cheque not setting up a direct debit. I sent an email asking who to send the cheque to, on the 18th Dec. and have never heard anything. I sent a second email and still have not had a reply. I followed the instructions on the LISA webpage. Can anyone advise?

On the form is the address to send the filled out form. Just fill in your details, and leave the bank details blank. Send the form and cheque to the address.
