I am flying to lloret tomorrow. Not been before,anyone know of the best places to visit?

I went a couple of years ago...quite a nice resort, one thing I did remember that there was not many British holidaymakers about...a lot of Italians and Germans. Maybe not a bad thing though.



There are a few bars on the main front and a few night clubs in the side streets. Bit of a trek to Barca but I am sure you already know that.

Stayed there a few times when Wire have been playing. Lloret is a bit like Blackpool. Some tacky shops and bars. The main beach strip is ok if you like that sort of thing.



We usualy had a few in the Queen vic pub, it's full of Brits but they have a big screen which usually showed the Friday night SL game.



Further afield from Lloret there are better resorts but you will require transport.

Depends where youre staying, but most hotels offer trips to the Nou Camp, well worth a visit.

going there myself tomorrow!



Never been but i've heard there is a good place to eat called The Ranch?

We have been to the nou camp today, there is a direct bus to barcelona from both Tossa and Lloret and takes about 1 hr and costs about 20 euro return. Book your Nou camp tour tickets at the bus station they are cheaper and it saves queuing for an hour. We just pretended we were german and pushed in at the front.
