Ackroyd, Hallas, Mason and Waine to miss out on the 17 man squad.


Oldham have shown they are no mugs and I think a lot of people expected that given how much they have invested in their squad. However, I think we should come out on top of this one, but it has the ingredients to be a great game. 


Does anyone know if this is available to be streamed? 

Nothing has been posted by the club regarding a stream.

I just hope we don't have a hangover from the literal battle last Friday. 


After an event like that it can be difficult to get back up mentally and physically. Hopefully Nobby and team have talked about this in the lead up. 


Come what may, after 7 games we will be well in the mix and ticked of some pretty tricky away fixtures in Toulouse, Halifax, Featherstone and Oldham! 

If we come away from these difficult away fixtures with a 3-1 record, I think that isn't too shabby. Albeit, that Toulouse performance still haunts me. However, we have players like Scurr and Doro back which are a big plus. We are just a Gill and Taufua away from a full strength squad.

It doesn't get any easier over the next 5 games either haha

I know we had a tough battle last week but we had the week off previously and Oldham had a tough battle with Widnes last week so we can?t use fatigue as an excuse.
Oldham have a few injuries, as have we, but we have a quality squad and we should have enough to get the win, it all comes down to performance on the night. 
It?s not a must win game but if we are to strive to our aspirations then it?s a game we should be winning.
