Ok, good game, all targets met I think. A win, good attitude in defence, lots of bodies in, pushed back several yards in defence after contact. Combinations were looking ok at this stage. Running threat from both halves. The NRL centre/wing combo stood out for me. Also Waine and Gee down the middle.

Then lots of academy/reserve talent to finish the game.

I'd be resting Scurr too after his big effort last week and playing Mason. Gill got a bit of a knock so maybe Armitage will get a run.



Ott in instead of Souter so he gets a rest too.



I really don't think we should be playing Taufua and Okunbor either as they could end up playing every game with our lack of any back up on the wing. Taufua in particular takes the ball up as much or more than most props and he's no spring chicken.

In light of the big game a week later this looks like a well considered team selection.

Agreed, after Scurr got injured there last year it ruined his season. Look at Sivo getting injured for Leeds. We don't need to take any risks.
