Dont think BA is one to pish the club around and will let them know in due course but recently I think the distance between him and his family is really starting to bite and of course hes still got NRL coaching ambitions.

Agree with this. BA as good as said he wasn't staying in his interview after Salford. For its own credibility, the club simply cannot afford to announce he's going without announcing his successor at the same time. As has been said elsewhere, providing certainty will be key for retention and recruitment.
