It's not just about 30 minutes on a match day, it's about what happens in training. Fax had two pre-season camps, so he should have been settled and had plenty of opportunity to show what he can do. I know a couple of Fax lads, and they reckon he was struggling with training. Apparently when a move they were working on kept breaking down he admitted to not reading his play book. Thinks its a shame, its still very early in the season. If he had knuckled down and shown he was worth selecting could have been much different. Stepping up from academy to first team, even at national league, is difficult and perhaps his expectations were too high cos he came from a glamour club. Nobody can command a place a team without putting the effort in.
